ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Down 0-2 at half time, our team did not give up. We new we had the ability to step up our game. Playing 4-3-3 seemed right (we usually play 4-4-2). Shuffling players to the right positions and it was all ours from there. Defense was solid and goalie had it all covered... midfield started to take charge and maintain possession of the ball which allowed the top 3 to attack over and over... first goal came from a corner kick by Patrick from the right... high over the near post... their defense was in disarray and confused which led to our first goal... YEAH WE CAN DO THIS... 10 minutes later Jack sends a long ball to wide left, Zak chases it down and moves around a defender... passes to Graham... a quick touch to Patrick... GOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAALLLL... 2-2 ... we went to first over time and second over time and finished the game 2-2 to Dynamo's disbelief. Today's game was the test of skill, stamina and mental strength of our team and we aced it. Congratulations Thunderbolts the Co-Champions.
Coach Steve
